Duo is hiring a Senior Cloud Security Engineer in our Security Engineering team. What you’ll do…

• Collaborate with Security Engineering and other cross-functional teams to deliver effective cloud security solutions aligned with company strategy and compliance goals.
• Build and maintain an application security testing platform and other internal cloud-based security tools.
• Advise on the development of secure cloud-based solutions architectures and strong IAM policies.
• Develop and maintain infrastructure-as-code scripts that automate our internal security environments and deployments.

Skills you have…

• You have years of experience building and securing highly-scalable systems on AWS, Azure, or Google Compute Engine.
• You have diverse experience developing in configuration management languages like Chef, Ansible, Terraform, and Puppet.
• You have a strong working knowledge of large-scale internet service architectures like load balancing, clustering, distributed systems, content delivery networks, service-oriented architectures, and message queueing systems.
• You understand security engineering principles, and how to seriously consider when a “best practice” may not be, in fact, the best choice or positively impact actual security.
• You have the ability to quickly learn new things and take on new challenges. You’re flexible and a creative problem solver.
