Core responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain the test strategy for our Security-as-a-Service product Chariot, establishing a culture of quality throughout the team
• Develop automated unit, integration, and performance tests using various technologies
• Shepherd multiple releases of Chariot into production weekly, utilizing both test automation and manual testing
• Create test scenarios from the real world and constructed data
• Work closely with customers and product to understand production issues and help development prioritize efforts

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years professional experience writing test plans and implementing automated testing strategies
• Experience developing and maintaining a culture of software quality
• Expert in unit testing frameworks for SaaS applications
• Expert in integration testing frameworks for SaaS applications
• Working knowledge of SQL and understanding of relational databases
• Bachelors in computer science or computer engineering

Desired qualifications:

• Experience with modern technology stacks
• Experience with micro-services architectures
• Experience with cloud platforms and SaaS solutions
• Experience with agile/scrum development practices
• Experience with test focused development, continuous integration, continuous deployment
• Experience with Github, Git, JIRA, Confluence
• Experience with Google Compute, Docker, Kafka, Kubernetes, and GKE
