Ladder is fixing fitness by making health and wellness coaching accessible to everyone. Our product combines a Consumer facing mobile app with a robust CRM mobile app for Health and Wellness Professionals, enabling our users the accessibility to quality and knowledgeable Professionals to help them along their journey, whatever their goals may be.

About the Role

Our rapid growth has us in spot and we need to hire fast. We are looking for an iOS Developer to join our expanding team ASAP. You'll help us continue to evolve our mobile applications and build the foundations that will help us adapt to our growth, and accelerate it further. We believe that the only way we can create the world we envision is by giving more to the health and wellness professionals, the hundreds of thousands of individuals who dedicate their lives to improving the lives of others: we want to make their jobs easier and put them in a position to help more people. We need a dedicated developer to help us execute on this vision. What You'll Do

• You'll work at Ladder HQ and with the team to help us to improve our app and solve any arising issues with our mobile platform.

• Work collaboratively with Product and Design Leads to ship amazing things at rapid speed

• Be part of the everyday ins and outs of Ladder to fully understand what and how we should be building

• Work directly with the Executive and Product team to build out ideas driven from our core vision and needs

• Be independent and take pride in the quality of your product and code

• Move fast, fail often

What You'll Need

• 3+ years of iOS development experience including a strong familiarity with Apple frameworks and object oriented design best practices

• Proficient with developing in Swift

• Experiencing communicating with REST API’s

• Experiencing using Cocoapods

• Familiarity with Firebase

• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of our products

• Develop and deliver scalable mobile solutions for the iOS platform

• Identify, correct, and fix bottlenecks and bugs

• Knack for benchmarking and optimization

• Previous experience in the mobile app space is a must

• Experience (even in your personal life) in the health and wellness industry is a great way to stand out, but not a requirement
