Your job:
This role will consist of 75% testing and 25% coding. You will work with the engineering team on a variety of projects while also being a leader within the Software Quality Team. You will collaborate with members of the Product, Engineering, and Design teams to ensure that quality processes are followed.
About you:
You're willing to get your hands dirty, manually testing as needed. You love exploratory testing, and you love finding bugs. You’re data-driven, detail oriented, and above all else, people want to work with you!
Responsibilities:
- Identify bugs by performing functional, usability, compatibility, performance, and security testing
- Work in a dynamic deploy cycle to test apps and new product features
- Create and execute weekly test plans used during the deploy cycle
- Work with the development team on testing requirements and implementation details
- Work with our QA Lead to author and execute manual and automation test cases for our iOS, Android, and Web apps
We're looking for someone who:
- Has 6-12 months experience writing tests with UI automation tools. Experience testing mobile apps preferred.
- Is well-versed in Agile and TDD/BDD methodologies
- Is an extremely detail oriented and creative problem solver
- Is a self-motivated worker who thrives and works well under deadlines
- Is inquisitive and eager to learn in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Doesn’t shy away from expressing solutions and ideas for improvement
- Enjoys working in a cross-functional work environment

- Experience with the following tools and technologies:
- Appium
- Cypress.io
- Detox
- TestNG
- Cucumber
- CircleCI
- Crashlytics/Fabric/Firebase
- Experience automating Web Service/API testing
- Experience with AWS, such as EC2
- Experience with GraphQL
- Software Development experience
