Senior Software Engineer - API Integration at Q2 (Austin, TX)

Our Integration Development Team:
Our development team is responsible for the connectivity of PrecisionLender to various external systems. We facilitate the flow of data between PrecisionLender and systems used in the bank. The products we build create the links between the systems that make up the ‘brain of the bank’. We build APIs, connectors, and managed solutions to make this a reality. This role is for someone who likes to solve problems and is not afraid of new challenges. We work closely with the integrations implementation team and have a very strong focus on making sure our customers are successful.
What You’ll Do Here:
As a Software Engineer at PrecisionLender, you will be constantly presented with new challenges with an enormous scope and endless variety. You will need an agile mindset because on any given day, you might be troubleshooting a performance degradation for one of our critical SaaS services, writing automation code to help a broken application automatically recover, designing the system architecture for a new platform service, implementing new monitoring logic, or any of a million other things. We are looking for technology generalists with strong bias to action, excellent analytical skills, and a taste for good engineering. Requirements:
Requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years of related experience; or an advanced degree with 3+ years of experience; or equivalent related work experience.
High level of proficiency in at most of our Core Technologies
Empathy for the end user and a desire to measure your work by both the customer value and technical quality.
Enthusiasm for the field and professional development/improvement outside the day-to-day job
