Our Security Product Team is looking for a full stack senior software engineer to join us in securing our small business clients as the engineering lead of a team focused on building future products. Help us build world class product with the quality of life that comes with working 100% remotely.

GoDaddy’s Security Product group is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our remote back end development team. You need to be able to write clean and secure code and have 5+ years previous professional software development experience. Our back end team is responsible for multiple products, integrations, and various APIs.

Preferred skills:

• Previous back end RESTful API development experience.

• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs in Python, PHP, Java or other modern language.

• Experience integrating broad variety of technologies via API consumption/production.

• Product development experience in languages such as Go, Lua, Python, Java.

• Ability to collaborate with a diverse background of engineering, product, and operations team members to deliver the best solution for our customers. 

• Participate in the decision making progress – we want you to speak up! 

• Deep knowledge and a passion for coding standards and following proven design patterns. 

• Solid foundation in data structures and algorithms. 

• Unselfish, team-first attitude. 

• Experience with Agile, working in sprints and participating in the agile ceremonies.
