We are excited to welcome an experienced Software Architect to our team in Austin, TX! The Software Architect will lead the solution design and implementation aspects of projects, ensuring high quality, integrated software solutions within constraints of time and budget.

How you'll add value:

• Design, develop and execute software solutions to address business issues
• Provide architectural blueprints and technical leadership to our engineering team
• Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies and processes to ensure the highest quality product platform
• Collaborate with peer organizations, quality assurance and end users to produce cutting-edge software solutions
• Interpret business requirements to articulate the business needs to be addressed
• Troubleshoot code level problems quickly and efficiently

What you'll need to be successful in this role:

• BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• BA/BS or higher in a Computer Software or related field
• 6+ years experience designing and building software applications
• Experience with React and AngularJS development
• Understanding of HTTP/S and Web-based application architecture
• Knowledge of Web services and SoA, including SOAP/XML, REST/JSON
• SaaS/Cloud experience (design and operational)
• Knowledge and experience in enterprise-scale multi-tier, distributed architecture
• Demonstrated ability to deliver working solutions on a tight schedule
• Demonstrated ability to work with a team of engineers and own, coordinate, and drive projects from beginning to completion
• Experience working in an Agile environment
• Experience with performance tuning or optimizing code (back-end/front-end)
• Experience leading a team of developers
• Experience leading a project
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
