WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

Do you want to develop an extraordinary product with a prime focus on accuracy, understandability and performance of the product? We are looking for a talented and experienced Software Developer Engineer In Test who is passionate about software development, quality and automation and can lead a team of other automation engineers.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

Design, architect, develop, and maintain testing frameworks for multiple applications

Define, implement, and enforce best practices, procedures and standards for consistency across the department

Develop Code and enhance automation framework

Review code, and technical approach of automation engineers

Lead and mentor a globally distributed team of automation engineers across multiple projects

Ensure accurate test suite execution, analysis, monitoring, and reporting

Continuously look for ways to increase system & test reliability and performance

Developing new programs and proofing the program to develop need changes to assure production of quality product 

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

Advanced level in object-oriented concepts and data structures with the ability to recognize, evaluate, and implement applicable design patterns. Understanding and ability to enhance application architecture, test automation strategies, and framework design to increase software test coverage, software quality and agile team velocity. Knowledge of QA best practices and methodologies to design, implement, test and automate processes. Experience to recognize the correct solution and/or tool to apply to a given situation.

Successful track record as a 'hands on' leader, building and managing teams to a level of top-notch professionals

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

3-5+ years object-oriented software development 

2+ years automated testing, preferably at an enterprise SAAS organization

Fluent in C#

Unit Test Frameworks (MS/Test/XUnit/NUnit/SpecFlow+) 

DESIRED EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering 

Build Server Configuration & Management (TeamCity/Jenkins)

Selenium Grid

BDD/Cucumber

Basic Unix
