Software Development Engineer II
Do you want to work on highly distributed systems and work with streaming data solutions? Do you like to challenge yourself and push to find unique ways of solving complex problems? Do you want to leverage state of the art technologies while building best-in-class software and leading the company into uncharted territory? Then you should join Expedia Group’s Property Status team.
The Property Status team goal is to compute whether a property should be live or not… and if not, clearly explain why not. This involves analyzing data from all over the company, enforcing minimum rules for properties, setting properties live (or not), and providing scalable API’s for retrieving information. The software you develop will control the live status for all of Expedia’s inventory. It will touch every property that onboards and consider every process or signal that needs to affect live status.
