Start Your Career Right!

Twice a year, in June and January, we run a six-week intensive orientation and on-boarding program for our CareerStart Headspringers. During these weeks, you're learning by doing, under the instruction and guidance of some of our Principal Consultants - all seasoned consultants with 15+ years of experience in the industry. You'll learn the why, the what, and the how of our methods and tools for software engineering. Most importantly, you'll learn the critical thinking tools at the heart of our Mindful Development approach to team-based software project delivery. Interwoven with this deep-and-wide coverage of technical skills, you'll learn the fundamental consulting and communication skills that will have you ready to interact with clients and team members with confidence!

What You Bring to Our Team 

• A degree in Computer Science is great, but if you can solve real world problems with clean code it’s perfectly acceptable to not have one
• Readiness to deliver great software that transforms organizations with .NET technologies that could include: C#, HTML5, CSS, jQuery, ASP.NET, MVC, WPF, NServiceBus, NHibernate, StructureMap, AutoMapper, Log4Net, psake, RoundHouse, Octopus, NuGet, ReSharper, TeamCity
