Our engineering organization is reimagining our tech stacks and consolidating them to a single cloud native platform so we can test and learn faster. The new platform is composed of React, micro-frontends on Node and React, GraphQL, gRPC microservices and Lambdas in Go, Kafka streams, DynamoDB, Elasticsearch. We're utilizing industry best practices and tools like OpenTelemetry, Splunk, Github, SignalFX, Figma, and others to make our lives easier. 

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join the Technology team as a Software Engineer II, UI. The candidate would join a small, agile team responsible for building a platform to support our community team. The candidate will be responsible for the analysis, design, programming, testing, documentation, and implementation of new product features. 

What You'll Be Working On: 

• Work with stakeholders in product management to understand business requirements
• Collaborate with multi-functional teams like Product Engineering, DevOps, Identify, Infrastructure, Platform Engineering, etc.
• Own and review deliverables for accuracy, quality, performance, and completeness

What You’ll Need to Succeed: 

If you are a great Frontend Engineer who leans towards product thinking, we are looking for the type of software engineer who has a passion for solving business problems using a modern technology stack. Do you enjoy learning new technologies and working outside of your comfort zone? If so, ideal candidates would need

• 3+ Years Professional Experience 
• BS or MS in Computer Science or a similar engineering field
• 2+ years React experience 
• Good knowledge of API design and development
• Ability to thrive as part of a multi-site development team
• Ability to test, debug and supervise your own code
• A bias to action and passion for problem-solving
• Knowledge of AWS or other cloud technologies
• Worked with CI/CD tools with an emphasis on building quality code and speed to market
