We are seeking an Android engineer to join our team, help expand the features of our store management app for merchants, and build new mobile app experiences. Who You Are
- Have completed either a comprehensive software engineering bootcamp, a CS or equivalent degree, or have relevant work experience
- Minimum 2 years of software development experience with mobile application development experience (Kotlin on Android preferred)
- Be excited about mobile platforms: the devices, the software, and the possibilities
- Be creative, and like to work on greenfield projects
- Be interested in working with and learning from experienced developers
- Familiarity with modern programming principles
Bonus/Nice to have skills
- Good understanding of Material Design and the Android SDK
- Experience with using REST APIs to power an application
- Experience supporting the entire application lifecycle of a consumer app (concept, design, test, iteration, publish, and support)
