Rev is seeking Engineering Managers to help build the future of our company and to achieve our vision. As an Engineering Manager at Rev, you will:

  • Manage a team of 3-6 talented full-stack engineers 
  • Provide leadership, mentorship, and motivation to your engineering team 
  • Drive architecture and technical direction for your team including infrastructure, process, tool improvements and adoption
  • Combine strong technical skills and business knowledge to help set the direction of our products with other cross-functional leaders at Rev
  • Contribute to Rev's overall system architecture and development processes with the rest of engineering leadership

And you’ll need:

  • Experience managing teams of software engineers that deliver business-impacting applications 
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor, guide, and grow engineers along their career paths while executing on the company’s objectives
  • Thorough understanding of best practices in software engineering to help teams build resilient and scalable software 
  • Prior hands-on experience designing, building and maintaining full stack applications (we primarily use React/Typescript, C#, and SQL Server, though any similar technologies will do as long as you are willing to learn)
