This is a remote role and open to anyone within the United States (all work must be done in the US).

The salary range for this role is $112,320 to $144,000; however, Findhelp considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, education and training, and key skills. We also provide generous benefits and a stock option package to all our employees.

The Role:

As the Software Engineering Manager, you will manage a team of software engineers who are focused on quality engineering in pursuit of our mission statement. You may inherit an existing team or have the opportunity to build a new one. The ideal candidate would have experience with non-profits or care organizations, and have technology experience leading software development teams.

What You'll Do:

• Coach a diverse team of full stack developers 
• Work closely with stakeholders to accurately deliver high quality features
• Help grow the engineering team through hiring and developing engineers at all levels
• Build and maintain a healthy and productive engineering culture that thrives on high quality while accepting failure as being part of the process
• Ensure that your team is always working on the highest priority work and getting it to capital-D “Done”

Experience You'll Bring

• Experience designing architecture, implementation, and deployment of SaaS applications
• 2 or more years of experience managing a software development team in a high-growth environment
• Experience mentoring and developing software engineers
• Strong verbal and written communications skills
• Self -directed and analytical, while being comfortable working in a team environment
• Experienced leading a team in Agile methodologies
