Sr Salesforce Administrator
The Revenue Team is looking for a driven and hands-on Salesforce Administrator to manage enterprise aspects of our Salesforce.com platform.
Your core responsibility will be to maintain and enhance Salesforce and Force.com applications (Sales Cloud and accompanying applications). The ideal candidate will understand that an effective Salesforce Administrator delivers solutions that balance business needs and system maintainability. This means listening and understanding stakeholder needs, challenging business assumptions when appropriate, and working collaboratively to deliver a best in class solution.

Responsibilities:
Act as the primary administrator of our Salesforce CRM database, including the creation and maintenance of workflows, validation rules, process builder rules, custom fields, custom objects, reports, dashboard development, and data flow management
Maintain user roles, profiles, security settings, access levels, hierarchies, etc.
Provide integration and administrative support for other critical business systems that integrate with our Salesforce environment such as: Hubspot, Zendesk, Drift, Conversica, etc.
Acts as primary contact for all Salesforce reporting requests including support of metrics and revenue reporting, support in preparation of marketing campaigns, and others as requested
Provide support and timely resolution to end users questions, issues/errors and enhancement requests.
Assist in onboarding and training initiatives, including creating training/communication plans, documentation and help conduct training sessions.
Lead update/new release process, including review of documentation, testing, etc.
Build a deep understanding of organizational and functional processes and recommend new features, applications or process changes to enhance the overall system and increase adoption.
Develop, maintain and enforce quality control measures of Salesforce; perform routine audits to measure and maintain quality of data and integrity in platform applications
Requirements:
3-5+ years of Salesforce Admin Experience
Salesforce.com Certified Administrator (201) credential is a plus
Familiarity with 3rd party applications (i.e. Hubspot, Zendesk, Drift, Conversica, 8x8, Exactly)
Solid understanding of data structures, data modeling, & database schema
Cross-functional experience working with multiple teams (i.e. BI, Marketing, Sales, etc)
Strong qualitative and quantitative skills
Strong business and technical acumen
Solid business analytical skills
Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate technical issues and resolve problems at all levels of the organization both internally and externally
Proficient with DataLoader, CRMfusion and/or other relevant administration tools
