As a Software Engineer on the Passwordless Authentication team you’ll be joining the engineers who take Duo’s passwordless solution to market. Your team aims to remove passwords from the equation around access management. We strive to make security simple to understand and easy to use. As a leading Multi-Factor Authentication provider, Duo is positioned to leverage our existing access and device trust policies to protect passwordless logins and help organizations realize true Passwordless MFA. Qualifications…
3+ years experience as a professional software engineer working in teams with a history of shipping successful SMB and enterprise cloud apps.
Core programming skills in Python or JavaScript or relational databases.
Demonstrable experience with any of the following: WebAuthn, OIDC, SAML, FIDO, CTAP, AWS, React.js, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Ansible, Git
You have a history of empathizing with users and delivering solutions that meet their problems where they are.
A pragmatic programmer and problem solver, you can deliver results while not succumbing to analysis paralysis or overcomplication.
You value automated testing as much as clean code and support your peers in their pursuit of craftsman level execution and engineering excellence.
You value team success highest and will swarm with your peers to meet our shared goals. As part of an inclusive team, you champion all teammates regardless of level or background.
