We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join the Technology team as a Sr Software Engineer. The candidate would join a small, agile team responsible for building applications to support our growth team. The candidate will be responsible for the analysis, design, programming, testing, documentation, and implementation of new product features.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

• 7+ years of professional engineering experience  
• BS or MS in Computer Science or a similar engineering field 
• 5+ years React experience preferred
• Good knowledge of API design and development
• Ability to thrive as part of a multi-site development team
• Ability to test, debug and supervise your own code
• A bias to action and passion for problem-solving
• Knowledge of AWS or other cloud technologies
• Worked with CI/CD tools with an emphasis on building quality code and speed to market
• Work with partners in product management to understand business requirements 
• Own and review deliverables for accuracy, quality, performance, and completeness 
• Experience working for a tech company, preferably a consumer-oriented or marketplace service.
• Experience with developing product and user interface requirements.
• Experience working in an agile environment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, start-up environment.
• Manage and execute A/B testing and tools, including LaunchDarkly, Optimizely, etc.
