On our team, Test Engineers work side by side with developers, crafting features that extend and complement the capabilities of SailPoint’s flagship Identity Management solution, IdentityIQ.  We’ve been the leader in this space for years, and consistently appear in the magic quadrant for our industry.  Our culture values empowerment, individual contribution, and high standards of quality and usability.  We rely on our Test Engineers to channel our customers, ensuring the product is intuitive, accurate, consistent, and robust.  Our team collectively has decades of domain experience, and we’re looking for future domain experts to roll up their sleeves and dig in.

SailPoint is seeking a Senior Test Engineer to join our Engineering team for the IdentityIQ product. In this role, you are responsible for characterizing the technical quality of IdentityIQ, during a typically 6-12 month release cycle. Candidates for this position will serve as members of a Scrum team assigned to specific product features, and are responsible for the development, maintenance, and execution of test cases and test harnesses, both manual and automated. We are looking for candidates with a strong work ethic who can collaborate with a team of very experienced Developers and Testers. Lack of experience in a particular technology/platform is not a showstopper as long as there is a skill of immediate usefulness, as well as a commitment to continual learning.
