What's cool about this job.

We are looking for a top-tier, motivated Quality Analyst to lead our Quality Assurance program! The QA program supports our Digital Department, with a focus on our ecommerce web solutions. The lead will work with multi-functional technology teams to ensure accurate business functionality, technical requirements, and quality standards are met. As the program lead, you have the freedom and responsibility to build a robust, data-informed system to enable productivity, innovation, and quality across the department.

As Lead Quality Analyst you will oversee all levels of testing and help us develop innovative ways to get us to the next level. Today, we have a patchwork and reactionary testing strategy and need a lead that can proactively systematize the strategy.

The day to day.

You will be successful if you can communicate effectively, set your own goals, stay organized, and thrive in a collaborative environment. You must have both testing and test-automation skills. Most meaningfully, your colleagues trust when you say it’s been tested!

We want the lead to work with our engineering teams to build and run user acceptance, integration, regression, and performance tests. You’ll have hands-on involvement in data preparation, test case design, execution, defect triage, reporting, deployment, and post-deployment support.

Additionally, you'll

  • Define the metrics that determine reliability and success for the program. Collaborate with data science to provide dashboards and routine reports on the state of our systems’ reliability.

  • Guide junior QA analysts and engineers in standard methodologies, helping them develop their skills in support of the broader program.

  • Document, and maintain test data, data validation, and end to end testing flows. Maintain the testing framework to meet changing requirements.

  • Serve as a specialist and advisor to the entire Digital Department on quality assurance practices, helping them to develop their own testing playbooks.

Your skills and expertise.

Minimum qualifications:

  • At least 5 years in software quality assurance, with hands-on experience in manually testing software and automating tests where feasible.

  • At least 3 years working in a high velocity Scrum/Agile environment and development methodology as part of an Agile (Scrum) team.

  • Experience writing and executing test automation scripts using Selenium, TestComplete, QTP, or a similar tool.

  • Strong business analysis skills and proficiency with Test and/or Quality process development.

  • Outstanding analytical and problem solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

  • A bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field.

  • Experience working with and testing WordPress sites.

  • Experience with data visualization tools like Data Studio and Looker.

  • Proficient with HTML, CSS, and Javascript, and with GitHub and CI/CD.

We will ensure that individuals with disabilities are provided reasonable accommodation to participate in the job application or interview process, to perform essential job functions, and to receive other benefits and privileges of employment. Please contact us to request accommodation.

The perks and benefits:

  • Compensation (We offer market competitive salaries)

  • Health Benefits (100% Paid Employee Medical, Dental, and Vision)

  • 401(k) (Make the most of retirement)

  • Life and Disability Insurance (100% Paid Life, STD, LTD and AD&D)

  • Generous Vacation Time (Who doesn’t like time off)

  • Transportation (Downtown parking or commuter reimbursement)

  • Lunch (Provided Monday – Thursday)

  • Gym membership discount
