DuBois, Bryant & Campbell, LLP has an opening for an enthusiastic and outgoing Helpdesk Administrator to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will provide hands-on technical support, maintain hardware and software systems, and ensure a smooth user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-line technical support to users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues effectively.
  • Install and configure hardware such as Dell/HP laptops and peripherals, ensuring all devices are equipped with the necessary drivers.
  • Manage and maintain Microsoft 365 environments, including user account creation and management in the Admin Center.
  • Administer and troubleshoot Active Directory (AD) for user and resource management.
  • Set up and configure TEAMS VoIP phone systems, ensuring seamless communication for the team.
  • Work closely with end-users to address technical issues, provide training, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Document processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps for reference and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a helpdesk or IT support role, preferably in a Microsoft environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory.
  • Basic understanding of VoIP Teams phone systems and their setup.
  • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills with a customer focused attitude.
  • Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Fundamentals (e.g., MS-900, AZ-900), or similar.
  • Experience with networking concepts and basic troubleshooting.
  • Exposure to scripting or automation tools (e.g., PowerShell) is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
