We're looking to fill our Accountant Role which will include the following but not limited to: 

• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual management financial packages (includes analysis) and other management reports as requested (includes understanding and clearly articulating the financial results of the company, and preparing balance sheet, income statement fluctuation and cash flow analysis .

• Preparing monthly billing statements and processing accounts payable. 

• Assisting the managers and leadership team in projects. 

• Preparing financial schedules and reports for internal and external parties and auditors.

• Preparing variance and trend analysis and ad hoc requests.

• Assisting in the creation and/or documentation of accounting policies, processes, and procedures.

• Driving process improvements, understanding accounting systems, and making recommendations for changes to enhance performance, efficiency, and growth. 

• Working with cross-functional teams across the company to ensure proper support for the business unit 

• Partnering with Accounting Manager on accounting automation and ad hoc projects 

• Performing the month-end financial accounting close within tight deadline Supporting team along with support for business growth and expansion 

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; a minimum of 4 years accounting or finance experience;, Audit experience a plus. or equivalent combination of education and experience. 

• Experience in a SaaS B2B Enterprise is a huge plus

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Self-starter and motivated individual who demonstrate initiative, creativity and problem-solving skills 

• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn 

• Flexible and adaptable individual who can work within a team 

• Demonstrated ability to manage significant initiatives a plus 

• Clear and confident communicator, both written and verbal 

• Financial systems knowledge, familiarity with financial business applications 

• Technical accounting experience required 

• Experience with lease accounting preferred 

• Proficient excel skills required (vlookups, pivot tables, etc.) 

• Strong ability or inclination towards process identification and documentation 

• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, and excellent accounting skills 

• Strong proficiency with MS tools (Excel, Word) is required 

• Exceptional Attention to Detail 

• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
