Arrive Logistics is looking for an Accounting Clerk to provide general support to our Accounting/Finance team. Your position will include, but not limited to, helping input entries, assisting with month end activities, assisting in accounts payable /receivable and processing invoices. The ideal candidate will possess a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and time management.

Essential Functions:

• Supports accounting operations by processing documents, reconciling accounts, and recording accounting entries.
• Processes vendor invoices for accounts payable entry and cash disbursement.
• Reconciles bank activity and statements by comparing statements with the general ledger.
• Generates accounting reports.
• Creates worksheets to review account balances and reconcile account activities.
• Collect documents for audit requests.
• Support senior Accountants with ad hoc reports, schedules, and analyses.
• Performs a variety of clerical accounting tasks in support of the accounting function.
• Handles basic issues and problems, and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff. 

The Ideal Candidate Is/Has:

• 1-3 years of experience in Accounting.
• Experience in leading accounting systems (NetSuite preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
• Effective communication and writing skills.
• Effective time management skills, and penchant for high quality work.
• Understanding of accounting/finance documents and procedures.
• Must be organized, detail oriented, high productivity, and dependability.
• High level of integrity and trustworthiness as you will be handling confidential information.
