The position

The Accounting Manager is a key member of the accounting team, leading the accounting for the Quote to Cash cycle. This is an opportunity to make a big impact in a rapidly growing organization. The position reports to the Director of Revenue on the Accounting team.

More about what you’ll be doing

You can expect to:

Manage accounting for the Quote to Cash cycle
Manage month-end close for revenue and accounts receivable
Review and approve journal entries and account reconciliations to ensure compliance with GAAP and company policies
Manage the monthly variance analysis to ensure revenue and related accounts are accurately and completely stated
Help lead integration of acquired entities
Take on projects to improve processes

The stuff you must have to give us a resume:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
5+ years relevant experience (1 year as a people leader)
Strong knowledge of US GAAP
Strong experience with GL and CRM software/systems (NetSuite and Salesforce preferred)
Advanced Excel skills
You are a problem solver with proven success improving processes and finding efficiencies
You bring a sense of order to complex situations
You are a fast, eager learner who drives tasks to completion
You have a self-starter mindset and can thrive in ambiguity

Leading the way in healthcare software solutions

ESO’s health and safety ecosystem has grown rapidly — as has its ability to analyze incident, transport and outcome data. At a technical level, engineers receive full Pluralsight licenses and primarily leverage C#/, .NET and TypeScript for application development; products are built with an Azure cloud-native, microservice architecture, allowing for portability and scalability intended to accommodate global expansion. Repeatability and longevity are factors its engineers constantly keep in mind, knowing the solutions they develop will have life spans beyond one specific project.

Each engineer is given time for continuous learning. Additionally, teams regularly participate in lunch & learn sessions to share their knowledge with other engineering teams.

Flexible Spending Account (FSA)

ESO employees can contribute up to $2700 annually to their FSA

Disability insurance

ESO provides STD to all employees at no cost. This benefit covers up to 60% of an employee's weekly Salary if out on leave. Employees can also enroll in LTD voluntarily.

Dental insurance

ESO has two dental plans to choose from, with each plan covering 100% preventative and diagnostic coverage. Our high dental plan also includes benefits for orthodontia.

Vision insurance

The vision benefits plan covers eye exams with a $10 copay, and includes $150 allowance for glasses and contact lenses.

Health insurance

ESO has five medical plans to choose from, including a $0 deductible plan, and a HDHP plan, which includes a HSA account for all enrollees.

Life insurance

ESO provides Basic Life & AD&D at no cost to employees. Additional Voluntary Life insurance is equal up to $500,000, or five times an employee's annual salary. Spouse and Child Life also available.
