The Associate FP&A Analyst is an integral part of the Business Operations -Planning & Analytics Team at RetailMeNot. This role will partner with Sales leaders to support deals desk, deal analysis and execute pricing (pricing policy design, systems improvement, negotiation, tracking). 

Who You Are:

• You have a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field
• You have demonstrated internship experience with financial planning analysis, pricing and sales support
• You have demonstrated understanding in financial modeling and data analysis
• Skilled in MS Excel (including advanced lookup and reference functions)
• Curious about information flows and data relationships, seeing and solving “the puzzle”

What You'll Do:

• You will manage the deals desk, deals analysis and pricing process at RetailMeNot to support a growing sales force and a multi-million dollar business
• You will design and execute our pricing policy by analyzing our vast amount of data
• You will build and update the inputs of our ‘Deal Forecasting Tool’ across our variety of products
• You will partner with Sales Operations, Finance and IT to optimize and better integrate design different parts of the configure, price, quote systems
• You will manage and update the rate cards for our products
• You will monitor price realization of our products, and provide insights into where we can improve our pricing and company profitability
• You will support the revenue team on sales related analysis such as annual contract assessment, deal support, sales rep productivity and other sales related analyses
• You will support the Sales team on revenue forecast models to track sales performance in specialized industry verticals
• You will verify on-going database integrity for revenue reporting, ensuring completeness and accuracy
• You will collaborate with Business Intelligence team on reporting of global revenue, traffic and other metrics
• Ypi will collaborate with Sales Operations on network/merchant-related, In-store and advertising business analyses
