We are looking for a Senior Finance Business Partner (FP&A) to support Babylon’s Product & Technology (P&T) organization. This talented team of engineers and product managers is tasked with building a digital-first healthcare experience for its users, attempting to fundamentally change the way healthcare is delivered and managed.

In this role, you will work alongside the P&T business team to set ambitious goals, plan and execute on the product and technology roadmap, and make new investment recommendations by providing insightful financial analysis and constructing data-driven business cases.

WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON

• Co-develop annual financial operating plan, forecasts, and business performance goals (OKRs) and metrics
• Prepare ad-hoc financial analyses and construct business cases to support investment decisions
• Manage P&T investment (headcount, OpEx) portfolio and produce weekly management reporting on risk/opportunities
• Design and build insightful reporting dashboards to promote operational excellence and drive democratization/self-serviceability of financial performance data
• Collaborate with and influence cross-functional business partners to drive efficiencies across the broader Babylon business

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Bachelor's degree or MBA degree in Finance or Accounting
• 5 years minimum finance experience working in a fast-paced, corporate environment
• Ability to articulate complex financial information in simple business terms
• Proven advanced Excel, Google Sheets, and PowerPoint skills; SQL a plus
• Experience with cloud-based ERP/EPM systems (e.g. NetSuite, Adaptive Insights) and data analytics/visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Looker)
• Ability to work independently and prioritize responsibilities in a high-velocity environment with strict deadlines
• Results-oriented, strong bias for action, flexible, enthusiastic, self-motivated team player
