An Insider's view of Billd

What’s the vibe like in the office?

Excitement. Team members celebrate others' successes both inside and outside the company. When a client calls up because they've just won a bid on a major project - and the clients know that we're there to help them - the excitement is tangible. We're solving age-old problems with an innovative approach, nothing is more exciting than that.

Jon Placa

Director of Financial Operations

What projects are you most excited about?

I'm most excited about our technology partnerships, specifically with Procore and Stack. Billd's credit terms act as a perfect complement to construction technology platforms and it is exciting to develop integrations into our partners workflow. Ultimately, the integrations create more value for contractors with a great user experience.

Robbie Reynolds

Director of Business Development

How does the company support your career growth?

The leadership of this company is serious about professional development and letting employees take on big challenges that excite them. Billd has allowed me to explore different teams and roles since I joined a year ago. It’s exciting to look around and see the amount the company has grown and to consider how much I’ve grown as well.

Josie

Sales Enablement Manager

What's something quirky about your company?

I consider under-desk hammocks, nitro green tea on draft, and a fully built out cross-training gym 100% mainstream at this point, so no quirks there. If I'm thinking "quirky," it'd have to be our Billd Office Music Policy: first person to arrive in the morning selects the jams for the day (no skips allowed).

Russ Briscoe

Director of Contractor Partnerships
