We are looking for individuals to join a team who have a passion for clinical safety and who want to make a difference. The mission is to ensure that Babylon’s Clinical Safety Management System (CSMS) is followed and adhered to in our recognized portfolio of products and ensure that all identified outputs are delivered to a high quality and promote a safety culture

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

• Must have clinical qualifications and be currently registered with the appropriate professional body based on clinical qualifications with a minimum of 5 years post qualifying experience
• Ensuring that Babylon’s Clinical Safety Management System is adhered to and being followed within the appropriate portfolio of products along with production of appropriate safety documentation
• Executing root cause analysis of safety incidents raised in line with best practice guidance and when appropriate under supervision of the CSO
• Undertake and assist as appropriate any further safety work identified under the direction of the Quality and Safety Lead
• Ensuring that a safety culture is promoted by engaging with all staff and assisting with awareness sessions etc in line with Babylon’s induction process.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to resolve conflict
• Knowledge and experience of safety standards such as DCB 0160 and DCB 0129
• Knowledge and experience of risk management within supplier organizations
• Knowledge and experience of working within the development lifecycle and working with different teams such as Product Manager’s, Engineering, QA, Support Services etc and ensuring end to end safety has been considered
• Experience of working with external third parties as appropriate 
• Ability to prioritise work accordingly and can work to tight deadlines
• Research skills are desirable but not essential
• Knowledge and experience of medical devices would be advantageous
