Unity is looking for a Collections Lead to be a part of our growing team. You will be responsible for a team of 2-3 Collectors while also managing your own portfolio. You will ensure your team is on task and meeting monthly KPI goals, as you manage a global portfolio for multiple lines of business.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for a team of 2-3 Collectors to ensure timely cash collections and aging goals
- Monitor accounts and act as first level of escalations for team
- Prepare weekly & monthly reporting for publication to senior management
- Continually work on improving process and efficiency
- Partner with Account Managers and sales operations globally on collections
- Ad-hoc, special projects, and other requests as needed
Requirements
- BA/ BS degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent field
- Experience in Credit & Collections in a high-growth and fast-paced global environment
- Experience leading a team
- International credit and collections
- Knowledge of GAAP as applied to accounts receivable related activities
Bonus points
- Proficient in Salesforce, Zuora and/or Netsuite experience
- Global tech industry experience
- Strong business acumen
