Bold is looking for an experienced Commissions Analyst to spearhead and own building out a world-class revenue organization compensation program. As we continue to grow, you will become the subject matter expert who will continue to scale and further optimize this program across systems, processes and analytics. The primary responsibilities of this role will be the implementation of a commissions platform, providing ongoing analysis of compensation plans, and improving processes to elevate the productivity of our Revenue Operations Team.

What you'll do

• Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams to design, benchmark, and implement best-in-class compensation plans, aligning with Bolds business goals and objectives
• Lead the implementation initiative of a new sales performance and commissions platform; providing ongoing optimization, automation, and administration support
• Build and administer sales attainment reports, compensation statements, and dashboards
• Perform and administer commissions calculations and supporting documentation
• Work to ensure compensation plans are thoroughly documented and communicated
• Support organization with ad hoc reporting requests related to compensation and sales performance 
• Work to optimize this program through automation and ongoing process improvement initiatives with additional focus on the deal desk 

What we're looking for

• A work ethic that demonstrates dedication and commitment to Bold’s mission and belief in our BUILDERS Code
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in ecommerce
• First-hand experience building out and conducting analysis of world class compensation plans 
• Strong analytical and reporting skills required (e.g. Excel or Google Sheets)
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to work with cross functional teams to design and improve processes 
• Ability to prioritize and balance ongoing tactical responsibilities with long-term strategic initiatives
