ABOUT THE ROLE


We are seeking a Director of Finance (FP&A) - Product and Technology to focus on our Product and Technology organization as it looks to invest in key initiatives to deliver its North Star objective and drive fundamental changes to the Patient journey. This role will be a key and trusted advisor to our worldwide Product and Technology organization providing strategic and tactical leadership and financial insight.


In this role you will play a key part in driving growth and delivering financial and operational insights to the senior leadership team to guide the organization and deliver on its mission.

WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON

  • Be a trusted advisor and provide strategic business insight to our Leadership Team and worldwide Product and Technology organization through KPIs and performance reporting.
  • Provide effective feedback with the relevant analysis to lead and enable initiatives to ensure key deliverables and operational targets are met.
  • Gain expert knowledge of the Product and Technology roadmaps and guide financial decision making in line with Product and Technology strategy.
  • Provide multiple data slices that impact capitalization and customer chargebacks.
  • Provide costings for deal support for commercial opportunities as well as forecasting underlying product costs and how they scale with volume.
  • Lead financial planning and analysis for the full Global Product and Technology P&L.
  • Build partnerships and maintain strong relationships across the organization at all different levels and across teams including WW Product and Technology, Finance, Accounting and Corporate Development.
  • Preparation and management of necessary team budgets and resource requirements.
  • Direct management of a finance business partner and contribute to the growth, development and expansion of the broader Finance team.
  • Develop and streamline our financial and operational processes.
  • Identify areas for improved financial reporting and management and implement solutions.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Must have experience working as a business partner supporting Technology Operations.
  • Background in a high-growth, fast-moving technology driven business.
  • Previous experience in a senior Finance or Technology operations role with proven ability to influence C-Suite decision making.
  • Minimum 10 years' experience required performing a similar role
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills and ability to interact and present at a senior level within a highly complex and fast-moving environment.
  • Track record of collaborating in a matrixed organization and driving coordination across finance, operations and geographies
  • Deep financial and operational analysis and forecasting capabilities and proficiency with financial modeling and analytical tools 
  • Experience in building teams and processes.
  • Strong people leadership skills.
  • Excellent project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize efficiently
