About You:

You are innately curious, a solid communicator and a capable orchestrator. Your goal is to understand a customer’s business, help solve their problems, accelerate their growth and return insights to the business that contribute to customer experience improvements at scale.

  • Passionate about customer outcomes - able to coordinate players from many different parts of the business to drive to a swift, harmonious outcome
  • Able to keep track of many different projects simultaneously
  • Comfortable with Salesforce and Service Cloud 
  • Ability to follow up and track progress on multiple assignments at one time. 
  • You are a tech-savvy and a solution-oriented professional whose incredible motivation and positive outlook makes you stand out in the crowd
  • You are an early adopter and are excited about making relevant changes in processes and procedures for better customer satisfaction
  • You are good at working with large data and have an eye for identifying trends.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) 
  • Work experience in the areas of Quality, Issue Management or Project Management
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required
  • Demonstrated ability to drive efficiency and resolve problems in a quality-focused manner
  • Excellent ability to multi-task and prioritize workload
  • Willingness to provide assistance to customers in a helpful, patient and respectful manner

Bonus:

  • Accounting knowledge (though not a SME) of month-end closes, payroll and tax filings, reconciliations, fixed assets and accruals
  • Experience with SalesForce software.
  • Experience with accounting tools such as Xero, QBO, Bill.com, Gusto, Abacus, Expensify
  • Accounting education or related work experience
  • Customer consulting experience
