Indeed Flex is looking to hire a highly motivated and enthusiastic Accountant to join our Finance group in the U.S. This crucial role will play an integral part in day-to-day revenue accounting in a fast-paced, rapidly scaling environment. This role will be responsible for driving the month-end close processes, deal review, and maintaining revenue accounts in accordance with U.S. GAAP.

What You'll Do Here

• Manage day-to-day operations of staff, company accounts, and investments
• Execute various month-end close activities, including preparation and review of journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations
• Develop budgets and financial plans for the organization based on research, analysis, and reported data
• Review financial plans and budgets regularly to identify cost reduction opportunities
• Generate reports, dashboards, and performance statements to present relevant, accurate, actionable insights to internal and external stakeholders to enable intelligent decision-making and strategy implementation
• Support the implementation and execution of a digitally transformed finance department - seek out opportunities for improvements of processes, systems, and policies to maintain pace with growth and to keep an eye on scalability in everything we do
• Create processes, systems, redundancies, and checks to minimize risks and errors in data collection and calculations
• Establish reporting processes and systems that are scalable and maintain compliance with various regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with internal and external auditing services to ensure proper compliance is maintained
• Assist finance analysts, business analysts, and relevant stakeholders with research and analysis of data to create metrics and reports, as well as presenting valuable and actionable insights to internal stakeholders, leadership, and board members

What You'll Bring To The Table

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, rapidly scaling organization with shifting markets and strategies with the ability to recognize opportunities to implement processes and automation to benefit long-term efficiency and performance
• Demonstrated success in a relevant role such as public accounting, auditing, or other Finance and Accounting specialization
• Highly proficient in a variety of technologies and solutions to drive a digitally transformed finance function including: NetSuite, Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office, Salesforce, Monday.com, Slack, etc.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills - able to communicate effectively through written and verbal communication, present meaningful and impactful insights to leadership, and support finance group onsite and virtually through remote work tools 
• High levels of organizational aiblities and time management skills to work independently, set priorities, and meet deadlines with minimal direct supervision
• Highly analytical and data-driven with the ability to spot trends in data, uncover meaningful data, and utilize data effectively to demonstrate performance and gaps in our processes
• Preference for individuals with experience in start-ups, scale-ups, and early-stage organizations experiencing high growth and rapid scaling in new markets, new geographies, and new industries
• Preference for individuals with industry experience related to Staffing, Recruiting, SaaS, App Development, or Technology
