Khoros is looking for a Financial Analyst to join the FP&A team. In this position, you will partner with and support the G&A function of Khoros and drive Khoros management and board reporting.

The Financial Analyst will be a key member of the Finance Team and report to the Finance Manager. The ideal candidate will be an analytical, operationally oriented professional who is able to aggregate and interpret financial data to help management translate strategy into actionable plans.

Job Duties:

• Partner with Finance, HR, IT and Facilities on planning and forecasting, reporting, and decision support analysis.
• Review and reconcile monthly close results and ensure accurate and timely creation of executive & BOD reporting.
• Conduct regular business review meetings to share results, gather feedback and provide insight to assist business decisions.
• Work with accounting to create more efficient and scalable operating procedures.
• Becoming a co-Admin to Anaplan
  • Perform monthly actuals uploads and reconciliation
  • Cost center structure and COA maintenance
  • Monthly and quarterly report creation & maintenance
  • Ad-Hoc improvements to the system

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree required
• 2+ years of experience
• Advanced proficiency in Excel
• Aptitude for quickly becoming proficient with financial systems (Netsuite, Anaplan, Hyperion, Host Analytics etc)
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with the ability to quickly grasp and apply concepts
• Understanding of how to read and interpret financial statements
• Ability to perform in a highly demanding and unstructured environment while consistently adhering to deadlines
• Strong decision-making skills with the ability to consider understand cross-functional implications
• Articulate communicator with excellent verbal and written skills
• Must be capable of building strong relationships with colleagues, especially within the Finance & Accounting departments
