As a Financial Analyst for Talroo, you:
- Report directly to CFO
- Compile and analyze data over time to forecast sales trends
- Review past sales data to determine trends in productivity
- Prepare accurate reports using data from internal and external sources
- Evaluate third-party data to determine best practices for company success
- Present actionable information and insights to sales management and top executives
- Gather and analyze data to understand client problems and address them proactively
- Periodically work on various project teams and interact directly with external clients
- Work collaboratively across multiple functions to support planning activities
What we’re looking for in a highly qualified candidate
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, marketing or finance
- At least 1-2 years of directly applicable experience as a successful Financial Analyst
- Displays mature, professional attitude and works well within a team and independently
- Expert experience in word processing, spreadsheet, database and presentation software
- Advanced problem-solving and analysis skills
- Consistently exhibits exceptional oral and written communication and collaboration skills
- Possesses a high level of organization and detail orientation
- Unquestionable work ethic, self-accountability, and initiative
- Successfully executes and prioritizes multiple competing priorities to achieve goals
- Highly skilled in managing time effectively to achieve goals within deadline
