As a Financial Analyst for Talroo, you: 

  • Report directly to CFO 
  • Compile and analyze data over time to forecast sales trends 
  • Review past sales data to determine trends in productivity 
  • Prepare accurate reports using data from internal and external sources 
  • Evaluate third-party data to determine best practices for company success 
  • Present actionable information and insights to sales management and top executives 
  • Gather and analyze data to understand client problems and address them proactively 
  • Periodically work on various project teams and interact directly with external clients  
  • Work collaboratively across multiple functions to support planning activities  

What we’re looking for in a highly qualified candidate 

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, marketing or finance 
  • At least 1-2 years of directly applicable experience as a successful Financial Analyst 
  • Displays mature, professional attitude and works well within a team and independently 
  • Expert experience in word processing, spreadsheet, database and presentation software 
  • Advanced problem-solving and analysis skills 
  • Consistently exhibits exceptional oral and written communication and collaboration skills 
  • Possesses a high level of organization and detail orientation 
  • Unquestionable work ethic, self-accountability, and initiative 
  • Successfully executes and prioritizes multiple competing priorities to achieve goals   
  • Highly skilled in managing time effectively to achieve goals within deadline
