SailPoint is looking for a General Ledger Staff Accountant to join their rapidly growing International Accounting Team. 

Responsibilities:
Part of team responsible for maintaining the world-wide general ledger
Areas of responsibility including, but not limited to:

  • Prepaids schedules.
  • Maintain fixed assets and monthly depreciations.
  • Expense accruals.
  • Intercompany transactions.
  • Bank reconciliations.
  • Timely completion of monthly close responsibilities.
  • Monthly journal entry preparation with proper supporting documentation.
  • Maintain detailed supporting schedules and.
  • Balance sheet reconciliations with review and resolution of any differences to ledger.

 

Support and assist with the monthly recordings and international entity activity

Assist with projects and process development

Assist with Sarbanes-Oxley documentation in related areas

Assist with providing support and documentation with various audits including financial and statutory

Support other business department

Maintain routine contact with international payroll providers and insure consistency across world-wide footprint

Other duties as assigned
 

Required Skills/Experience:
1-5 years of relevant experience
B.S. or above degree in Accounting

Highly detail-oriented and organized
Enjoys being part of team, working collaboratively
Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively with different levels of employees and across departments
Microsoft office experience required, with at least intermediate excel skills
Public company experience a plus

Big 4 accounting firm experience a plus

Experience working with international branches a plus
Software industry experience a plus

Intacct experience a plus
