What you'll do:
- Evaluate risks and negotiate transactions, including pricing and structuring of financing
- Develop financial models to analyze portfolio’s investment returns and flexibility to determine appropriate financing terms and covenants
- Prepare presentation and marketing materials, including the request for proposals, lender diligence, model outputs, and structuring objectives for senior leadership
- Collaborate with team on all structured finance transactions, including valuation, accounting, third-party engagements
- Ensure proper preparation, including materials, ahead of planned investor meetings
- Facilitate reporting processes, controls, cash flow forecasting with Investor Services and FP&A
- Collaborate with the team to generate new ideas and further initiatives
Who you are:
- Bachelor's degree
- 1-3 years of experience in real estate private equity
- Asset & Portfolio management
- Strong, proven financial acumen (verifiable analytical work)
- Experience performing asset and fund level analysis to validate refinances, recapitalizations, and any other liquidity events, including stress testing for recessions, and creating 24-month cash flow analyses
- Experience performing distribution analysis and assisting on distribution recommendations
