Invoicing Integrations Lead

Each one of our teams exist to move us closer to our north star -- “to empower the people who power the world.” The Invoicing Integrations lead at RigUp is responsible for facilitating integration activities of newly acquired companies as it relates to invoicing our clients.
RigUp is hiring an individual that will be responsible for working with newly acquired companies to understand and map their invoicing processes in order to integrate them into the RigUp ecosystem. Our ideal candidate for this role will be someone who is proficient in process mapping, laser focussed on driving efficiencies, experienced in managing people and capable of seamlessly integrating new processes in a fast paced, high transaction volume environment. What you'll be doing:
- Be the RigUp invoicing expert and develop plans to lead the process integration efforts of invoicing projects, ensuring business readiness for any changes
- Create and maintain process maps for all invoicing functions
- Establish and maintain a strong partnership with internal stakeholders and work cross functionally to lead process change and resolve blockers quickly during integrations
- Proactively highlight cross-functional gaps and identify strategic initiatives to improve the process
What you should have:
- Minimum 2 years consulting (Bain, McKinsey, BCG, etc.) and / or project management or operations in a small to mid-sized startup environment required.
- Strong background in general accounting and accounts receivables
- Excellent communicator with strong written and oral communication skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Skilled in process mapping, analysis of as-is and to-be processes, and gap assessments
- Possesses a passion for process improvement with an approach that encourages innovation, elimination of waste, and efficiency improvements
- Demonstrated ability to understand and explain complex business processes, systems, and tools with a specific focus on upstream/downstream impact
- Experience with M&A integration projects is a strong plus
- Experience using NetSuite accounting software or similar ERP
