The Invoicing Coordinator is to support the team by ensuring invoices are validated and processed for payment timely and accurately. This is a full-time position. Days and typical hours of work are Monday through Friday; 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. This position will report to the Supervisor, Invoicing.

  • 100% of time processing Invoices – invoices currently include initial construction, turnover, maintenance, securing, and recurring services. Responsibilities include:
  • Processing invoices according to Main Street Renewal’s procedures.
  • Confirming invoices paid are valid prior to approving for payment.
  • Confirming work has been completed prior to approving for payment.
  • Ensuring the invoice is processed to the correct accounts, etc.
  • Processing approximately 300 invoices per week with accuracy.

 
What you’ll need to have

  • High School Graduate
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
  • Basic Math Skills
  • Ability to perform repetitive work in a diligent manner
  • Detail-oriented
  • Invoice processing experience
  • Experience with Yardi preferred
