As a Mortgage Loan Officer, you’ll be responsible for a variety of tasks including but not limited to:
- Act as a point of contact for client during the underwriting process, answering questions and collecting documentation as needed
- Find, prospect, nurture and qualify new leads through outbound prospecting via emails, calls, and various campaigns
- Take advantage of purchase and refinance leads that are provided to you
- Generate and manage sales pipeline and reporting for the sales team through our internal CRM tools
- Maintain high call and email volumes with precision follow-up
- Assist in the processing of your loans through interaction with third-party vendors
