UpEquity is looking for motivated and driven Loan Processing Specialists to join our growing, dynamic team! 

As a Loan Processing Specialist, you’ll be responsible for a variety of tasks including but not limited to:

• Provide exceptional customer service and foster strong relationships with coworkers
• Assist Loan Officers and Loan Specialists in gathering pertinent documents and information from the opening through to the closing of mortgage loans
• Lead initiatives related to operational organization in order to drive increased loan processing efficiency
• Act as a primary liaison on behalf of the company
• Understanding the processing procedures and loan underwriting
• Control your own destiny through your hard work and effort
