Exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing corporate development team responsible for identifying and executing M&A transactions. The role will report to the head of the Corporate Development group.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Conduct comprehensive analysis on target opportunities, including developing operating and merger models, building DCF and compiling deal comparables
  • Understand unit economics of target companies, conduct deep dive into revenue and margin drivers and translate key metrics for measurement and tracking inside EPAM
  • Work closely with subject matter experts in business, finance, tax, HR and legal to incorporate diligence findings in their analysis
  • Help to identify acquisition candidates and manage a deal sourcing pipeline
  • Work alongside business unit leaders and executive team in a fast-paced growth environment

REQUIREMENTS

  • 2 - 4 years of experience as an analyst or associate in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, corporate development or FP&A team in a corporate setting
  • Top notch hands-on modeling experience
  • Strong written and oral communication
