Order-to-Cash (OTC) Senior. Individual will be part of a team effort to maintain effective and efficient process flow of customer order to cash collection on global transactions. Handling the associated requirements and reports within the OTC process while ensuring adherence to internal controls and Company policy.
- Global pricelist systems management:
- Conversion of pricelist into excel-based template for SKU upload
- Conversion of pricelist into excel-based templates for all pricelist variations and transactional currencies for system upload
- Coordination with Tax Team for tax review and coding of all new SKUs
- Coordination with Revenue Team for revenue review and coding of all new SKUs
- Preparation of pricelist templates to incorporate into the Company’s revenue deal review
- Maintain all process documentation for internal controls support
- Entitlement management:
- Prepare listing of all deprecated SKUs from global pricelist releases
- Cross-departmental coordination of migration plan for deprecated SKUs
- Cross-departmental implementation of migration plan for deprecated SKUs
- Partner credit management:
- Manage partner credit review and approval process and corresponding supporting documentation, adhering to internal control requirements
- Review requests for partner credit and manage request process in accordance with Company policy
- Coordinate required information across teams, including Corporate Services, Partner Management, and Tax
- Analyze and perform and initial credit limit granting per pre-approved limits
- Analyze and perform initial analysis on any credit requests outside of pre-approved limits and submit for review
- Communication of initial credit limit granting across necessary departments
- Multi-delivery obligation management:
- Maintain tracking of all SaaS-based multi-delivery obligations per transaction
- Maintain tracking of all subscription-based multi-delivery obligations per transaction
- Provide timely status of multi-delivery obligations to business owners and Revenue Team on a per customer/per transaction basis
- Royalty management:
- Responsible for required periodic royalty reporting in accordance with partner contract
- Cross-departmental distribution and coordination of royalty information
- Assist Accounting Team with monthly royalty accrual
- Responsible for SailPoint internal credit monitoring
- Perform periodic analysis on customer base, verifying alignment of customer operational classification with customer revenue class
- Assist in the documentation, creation, and maintenance of internal policies, procedures, and controls
- Evaluate processes for areas of improvements and efficiency gains
- Assist with development and tracking of internal/external KPI’s
- Create detailed reporting as needed for management purposes
- Prepare supporting documentation for internal controls, audit, and tax requests as needed
- Perform other duties and projects related to role as assigned
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
- Relevant experience in industry or operations of 4-7 years
- Software industry experience a plus
- Strong analytical skills and leadership qualities
- Excellent organization skills and detail oriented with the ability to handle multiple, competing tasks simultaneously
- Experience with an Accounting ERP system, experience with Intacct a plus
- Excellent communications skills and the ability to develop effective working relationships within and across departments
- Strong Excel and flowcharting skills, computer skills required
- Be part of a team that helps the company develop processes and procedures as the team and company grow, willingness to get into the detail
- Familiarity with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) requirements and documentation
- Familiarity with revenue recognition requirements a plus
