As a Payroll Manager, you will be a part of our fast-paced, exciting, and growing accounting team and responsible for global payroll operations, processes, and compliance. You will provide support, training, mentoring, and leadership to staff to ensure a functioning and efficient payroll operation as well as professional development.

Your experience leading a diverse team to improve our efficiency and accuracy, will be key to this position's success.

What you’ll be doing

• Supervise day-to-day payroll operations, systems, audits and cross-functional processes in the Americas and Europe to ensure timeliness and accuracy of payrolls
• Oversee processing of global equity compensation to ensure accurate and timely payroll reporting and tax compliance
• Review, develop, document, and implement payroll policies, key financial controls and standard operating procedures
• Understand the complexity of multi-state and global payrolls to ensure compliance with SOX, company policies and procedures, and all rules and regulations in the jurisdictions
• Manage implementation and integration for projects and mergers and acquisitions

What we’re looking for

• Must have an established history of managing global payrolls and a geographically dispersed team
• Global leadership experience, and business-partnering while maintaining a high level of confidentiality
• Advance skills with business software and spreadsheets
• Detail-oriented, ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines while maintaining output and quality. Having a sense of urgency, initiative and capability
• Excellent written, verbal, analytical and organizational skills

• Experience with Workday HCM, payroll and workforce management platforms
• Experience with ADP Celergo global payroll platform
• CPP
