ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a Sr Manager, Procurement Operations to join us in a newly created position. The purpose of this hands-on role is to manage, develop and continually improve the procurement systems, governance, processes and reporting in a rapidly growing business. This individual will provide an expert management and advisory service to Babylon’s international procurement team as well as internal stakeholders and its clients.

This position is based in Austin, Texas but we are open to other location across the US where Babylon operate a hub model (New York, Seattle, Denver, Bay Area SF).

WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON

• Responsible for managing a team who will be responsible for:-
• All the required reporting, creating weekly and quarterly dashboards for the senior leadership team and any other ad hoc reporting required
• Responsible for monthly spend reporting and parento, in-depth analysis etc. to assist the category team with data insight
• Responsible for benchmarking, market analysis to aid sourcing decisions
• Keeping abreast of procurement technology and ensuring Babylon is at the cutting edge
• Mapping and highlighting process improvements to keep Babylon best in class
• Supplier on-boarding
• Supplier Relationship management, performance management and driving continual improvement
• Contract Management and management of renewals
• Subject management expert for the P2P system
• Management of the documentation and processes for ongoing audits in the UK and the US
