About the Position

Do you want to work at a high-growth company where your impact is seen and rewarded? Are you looking for the autonomy to do your best work? We are seeking a Revenue Ops Analyst accelerate revenue growth with data proven insights. 

This role will report to the Director of Revenue Operations. As a member of the Revenue Operations team, you will dive deep into our user data and make recommendations that drive high-level decision-making and strategy.


Responsibilities

  • Develop hypothesis and prove them with data about our users and communicate pertinent findings to help drive decision-making and strategies for user acquisition, engagement, and retention
  • Proactively search for areas to improve, and streamline process, using data, technology and common sense - lead and initiate projects in the Revenue Operations group
  • Empower Revenue leaders with automated reports and ad hoc analyses to make data driven decisions across the entire customer lifecycle from acquisition, engagement, retention, membership services, and churn
  • Provide business partners with insights and recommendations based upon analytics results and communicate findings to technical, non-technical and executive audiences
  • Educate Sales, Marketing and Partner teams regarding the reports and tools you develop


Qualifications

  • 2+ years’ experience in a deeply analytical role, in a high-growth company, supporting Marketing, Growth or another Revenue generating organization 
  • Strong track record delivering value on an analytics or business intelligence team - preferably in consumer SaaS startup environments
  • Expert Excel / Google Sheets skills, including experience translating large amounts of raw data into actionable intelligence
  • Experience using data visualization platforms, e.g., Tableau, Looker
  • Excellent SQL skills, including extensive experience querying large, complex data sets
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Passion for learning, problem-solving, and growth
  • Autonomous, self-driven, and able to thrive in ambiguity
