Revenue Operations Leader
Iodine Software is a healthcare AI company that has pioneered a new machine learning approach -- Cognitive Emulation -- to help healthcare finance leaders build resilient organizations. Cognitive Emulation uses proprietary AI technology and machine learning algorithms to think the way a clinician thinks and emulate clinical judgement. The role of our Revenue Operations Leader is a critical hub for enabling growth of the business. Sitting at the intersection of sales, renewals, marketing, service and finance, the Revenue Operations Leader will be an important part of the firm’s leadership team. The Revenue Operations Leader will report directly to Iodine’s Chief Revenue Officer and also foster important working relationships with our Chief Financial Officer, Sales and Renewal Leads. This role will further be supported by our Manager of in-house sales.
What You’ll Do
This leader will be responsible for various forms of sales enablement, including (but not limited to):
- Sales process design, innovation and management/execution
- Salesforce.com management, maintenance, advancement, development
- Generation of insights and analytics from salesforce.com and our sales process to help advance go to market efforts
- Forecasting analysis to manage and improve sales predictability
- Create and maintain certain reports for the CRO or Finance to be presented to Management or the Board of Directors (such as weekly flash sales reports or quarterly bookings reports)
- Drive insights through data analysis and findings from sales and account management data, with an eye toward revenue maximization and go to market efficiency maximization
- Liaison with Marketing to:
- Coordinate top of funnel lead generation campaigns, activities between marketing and our in-house sales team
- Liaison with Account Management/Service to:
- Support seamless revenue projections from renewal efforts, as well as thoughtful handoffs from sales to service and renewal teams
- Liaison with Finance to:
- Develop system of SKU’s or other product determining indexes to manage sales data
- Develop and manage systems, methodologies and data ensuring accurate and single-source-of-truth data, related to pipeline, bookings and customer contract terms
- Ensure seamless flow of revenue information, including forecasting, compensation plans and commission calculators
- Working with the CRO and finance team, develop sales executive and other sales related compensation plans and metrics
- Training and development of commercial facing staff where application, and ideally, supporting the design and execution of ongoing training and development activities
- Begin building a team in lock step with Iodine’s growth and required scale
What You’ll Need
Minimum Requirements (Education, certifications and experience):
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience in Sales/Revenue Operations and/or Sales Management
- In depth knowledge of Salesforce and CRM platform, including ability to generate and maintain key reports, dashboards and mine the system for insights
- Experience managing sales process including elements of sales process design
- Experience working with marketing teams and coordinating and executing efforts between marketing and sales
- Experience working with finance teams and coordinating and executing efforts between finance and revenue
Preferred Requirements –
- Experience working in B2B healthcare industry businesses
- Experience with SaaS based businesses and business models.
- Experience with fast growth companies with rapidly scaling revenues and product launches.
