This position is expected to be filled in the Austin area even though our team is fully distributed for the time being. We are continuously evaluating our return to the office with the safety of our employees and their families at top of mind.

What You'll Do
This role will create and automate scalable processes designed to maximize efficiency across Marketing, Business Development and Sales. Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Driving continuous improvement through standard operating cadences including weekly forecast and metric reviews in addition to monthly and quarterly go-to-market business reviews
- Supporting annual planning cycles including goal setting, coverage modeling, territory design, and providing pathways to achieving the financial plan
- Performing strategic product, market, and customer analyses to identify new growth drivers or opportunities for improvement
- Defining, managing, and providing insights on key performance indicators across a range of segments and go-to-market teams
- Developing dashboards and standardized reporting to provide on-going insight to revenue stakeholders
- Collaborating with sales, business development, marketing and other cross-functional stakeholders to design and execute strategic operational projects to increase sales productivity, operational efficiency, and revenue
- Making forecasting for Sales, Marketing and Business Development transparent and predictable
What You'll Need
- Effective at auditing, designing, and implementing streamlined revenue operations systems to amplify growth performance
- Highly adept at identifying the most viable growth acceleration levers in a SaaS or B2B organization
- A history of focus on process management and development
- Data savvy – understands how to interrogate data, skeptical of data and always looking for the next improvement to drive
- Demonstrated successful track record of creating strategies that drive efficiencies stages of the customer buying process
- Skilled at collaborating with cross-functional partners to lead transformation and growth
- Passionately curious
- A Salesforce.com and Excel expert
- Familiar with Marketing Automation, Forecasting and Data Visualization tools and concepts
- BA/BS Degree
- 3-5+ years in an analytical role (Strategy, Finance, Analytics, Sales Operations, Business Operations, Management Consulting)
