What You Will Do
- Support day-to-day requests for Revenue Operations. Maintain relationships with departments to ensure needs are met.
- Support analytics and reporting infrastructure for Sales, Marketing, Research, and Customer Success teams. Automate and simplify manual processes.
- Support TrustRadius operations which include Marketo and Salesforce administration, lead scoring, database segmentation, campaign tracking and attribution, database quality and compliance (including GDPR compliance), systems integrations, sales process configuration, etc.
- Work with product and engineering teams to support the TrustRadius products and their integration to other systems.
- Challenge and develop yourself along with your coworkers through innovative thinking and experimentation.
- Thrive in a startup culture within a rapidly maturing target market.
- Evangelize technology throughout the company. Train, inform and find solutions to challenges facing Customer Success, Marketing, Research, and Sales.
Who You Are

- 2+ years in sales or marketing operations, including configuration, execution, and optimization with Marketo and Salesforce.com is required. B2B and SaaS experience a plus.
- You love data, mathematics, engineering, or just crunching the numbers. You understand database models and able to move data from point A to point B.
- You advocate for constructive change. You make decisions, without ego, in the best interests of our customers, coworkers, and shareholders.
