We are currently seeking a highly driven Senior Accountant to join our Accounting team in Austin, Tx. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Active participant in the global monthly close and internal/external financial reporting process, including associated reconciliations of general ledger accounts;
- Preparation of debt compliance reporting deliverables;
- Take a lead accounting role in the integration of newly acquired companies;
- Research accounting guidance and preparation of accounting memos for new and complex transactions including new revenue recognition standards, purchase price accounting, debt modifications, equity accounting, capital leases and other new accounting pronouncements;
- Rollout internal control and SOX initiatives, and coordinate internal compliance testing;
- Work with new domestic and international teams to facilitate systems integration and alignment of policies and procedures;
- Support external auditors and coordinate the audit process; and
- Participate in process improvement initiatives, along with the maintenance of policies and procedures.

Competitive Candidate Profile
- The intangibles include being driven by results, high goal orientation, working with urgency. In other words, you MUST have a strong motor!
- Ideal candidates have a minimum 3-5 years of experience in a finance or accounting function, strong communication skills and experience within an acquisitive high growth publicly traded or pre-IPO company in an application software or SaaS platform environment.
- A Master's degree in Accounting required and CPA license preferred.
- Knowledge of Intacct or other equivalent ERP tools required.
