We are looking to hire a Senior Financial Analyst to join our FP&A team! This position will manage the monthly reporting processes through cross-functional collaboration and process management. This position will be responsible for driving standardization and efficiencies into existing reporting processes of our Monthly Reporting Package and Management Discussion & Analysis for review with the Executive Leadership Team (ELT).


What You'll Be Doing. . .

  • Manage monthly reporting processes, including internal and external (BOD, owner, investor, lender) reporting packages
  • Work closely with FP&A, Accounting, and Sales Ops teams, to automate data preparation and reporting, from conceptualization to implementation
  • Cross-functional collaboration with Sales and Marketing, and Professional Services, etc., to drive metrics identification/creation/reporting/analysis
  • Assist in the creation and delivery of several key documents for the Executive Leadership Team, including but not limited to reporting packages, forecast packages, budget/forecast vs actuals commentary, and risk and opportunity analyses
  • As an essential member of the FP&A team, you will be expected to be flexible and assist with ad hoc projects
  • Support preparation of presentation material for Monthly Business Reviews, Quarterly Forecasts and Annual Budgets

What You Need to Have. . .

  • Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent
  • Experience in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Experience in managing cross-functional teams in completing recurring processes and ad-hoc projects
  • Thorough knowledge of Excel and reporting and forecasting tools
  • Experience in performing data ETL processes to combine and analyze disparate data sources
